The question that always seems to pop up in pretty much everyone’s life at some point or another is: “Does God exist?” Is there an Almighty Father figure that knows all, regulates all and answers prayers? Is there an omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient Intelligence that governs all of creation? Everyone wants to know, but always seems to search for the answers in the wrong places. After years of soul-searching without much satisfaction at all, I met my Guru, who knew and understood me and offered to reveal God within me, in the form of Light. Many people will not be able to reach this sort of opportunity of realization, because they don’t even believe that God exists in the first place, which is why I created this article with the help of a friend, Farouk Radwan, who wrote the book “I Saw God”. This is for the non-believers, the atheists, the folks that want cold-hard facts. Of course, this topic will be extremely lengthy, so I will separate it into several articles. Let’s get started.
Creation: It’s a well known fact that every creation needs a creator. Nothing comes into existence on its own. Look around at all the different things you have in your house for instance, did you ever think that maybe the store you bought these things from just found them laying around the forest somewhere? Did you think your TV was found washed up on the shores of a beach? Do you look at the tags on your clothing with doubt when it says “Made in China”? No you probably don’t. So why when it comes to the vast panorama of this beautiful world with its systematic laws, flawless designs, breathtaking mountains, mighty oceans, intricate plant life and so on, you think it was just a coincidence? Not even a picture of this world can be made without an artist of photographer, why then do you think that the world itself was made from nothing?
The Big Bang: The Big Bang was an explosion in the middle of space that resulted in the alignment of billions of galaxies that we see today in perfect order. The chance of this happening on its own is almost zero. Even if it was a coincidence, then the chances of the solar system and gravitational forces, etc. forming are zero. This is similar to me taking a jar of 1000 jelly beans of all different colors and splashing them onto the road, and them categorizing themselves in groups of the same color, all while not touching each other. Can you see that happening? I doubt it. Try to do this with just 10 jelly beans and you still won’t be able to pull this off. How can there not be a Supreme Intelligence guiding this operation?
The Expansion: The Big Bang resulted in all of the galaxies moving away from each other, and the universe expanding because of this. Science has come to realize that if this expansion rate had been one in a billion billions (1/1018) different, the universe would not have formed. In other words, if this difference had been more or less than 0.000000000000000001, then the universe would not have formed. Dear materialists, atheists, and skeptics alike, please take a hard look at this precise number and realize that there is no way that mere coincidence can control it. Keep in mind that if this number was just a fraction of a hair more, the galaxies would have moved much further apart and the balance we see today would not exist. And if this number was even a fraction of a hair less, the universe would collapse. You have a higher chance of winning the lottery, while being struck by lightning, all on a blue moon than this happening on by chance. Again, how can there not be a supreme intelligence guiding this operation?
